2024 spring programs:
SOMETHIN' GOT A HOLD ON ME (Sep-Oct-Nov):
This is our third and final 'rehearse and perform' program for 2024 - seven weeks of rehearsals in September/October plus a Town Hall gospel and spirituals concert in early November.
KICKSTART (Sep-Oct):
Five Tuesday morning sessions - come along, learn some songs (mostly gospel and folk), sing them with gusto, and head home feeling great. These sessions can be booked separately - no preparation or homework, no performances, just a great time learning and singing together.
SPRING SIP 'N' SING (Sep-Oct):
Five Wednesday night sessions - like Kickstart but with the bar open! Big songs (mostly gospel), big harmonies, big energy. These sessions can be booked separately so there's no ongoing commitment.

As well as running Sing For Your Life!, our Director Jane Christie-Johnston also runs the Ho-Ho-Hobart Christmas Choir and the Up She Rises Choir, as well as a few community/public/festival 'big-sing' sessions each year.

The With One Voice Break O'Day (WOVBOD) Choir will be hosting another Big-Sing session on 21 September, this time in gorgeous Bicheno at the Memorial Hall. This is a public event - all welcome (no experience required).
Registration is $60/$50 which includes morning tea and lunch, and a fabulous day of singing with Jane C-J (mostly gospel/folk) in three and four part harmony. TO BOOK, email the WOVBOD committee at [email protected] - they'll reply and let you know how to pay. |
